Regional Director of Franchise Operations

You have:

  • Extensive franchise management experience
  • At least 4 years in a coaching role with accountability for multiple units
  • Expert coaching ability in operations, marketing, sales, and finance
  • Firm understanding of EBITDA and how to determine ROI
  • Experience tracking data and presenting your results
